About the Speakers

John is an Occupational Psychologist and founding partner of People in Mind. The practice helps organisations to deliver results through people, in particular John specialises in leadership through change. In the last year John has advised organisations such as the Abbey Theatre, CIT Group, Google, JP Morgan Chase and The Law Society of Ireland. John is a founding member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and an adjunct lecturer with Dublin City University where he leads executive MBS modules on Organisational Change, Cross Cultural HRM and Corporate Leadership.
