Tracy O'Brien, BA(Psych), MSc, Chartered FCIPD, is HR Director for Unicare Pharmacy Ltd. Unicarepharmacy has 72 Pharmacies in Ireland and 850 colleagues. Prior to joining Unicarepharmacy in 2001, Tracy held a number of senior roles in manufacturing and retail. With her HR team, Tracy has achieved a number of prestigious awards for Unicarepharmacy including Best Workplace (500-1,000) in 2008 and 2009 and an IPSA award for the Company Bonus Scheme.
