Michele Ryan
Michele Ryan, BBS, MBS, Chartered FCIPD, is HR Director for McDonald's Restaurants of Ireland. Prior to joining McDonald's in 2004, Michele was a senior manager with EBS with responsibility for strategic HR. With her HR team, Michele has achieved several prestigious awards and accolades for McDonald's including; Top 50 Companies in Ireland for the last 5 years, O2 Ability Award, Diversity Award, CIPD HR Excellence Award for Innovation and has won a number of McDonald's Global awards for best practice in HR. Michele is a member of the management board of the CIPD as well as a member of the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
